Our goal at Conway Arabians is to breed Arabian horses we love and Arabian horses who other’s will love, too. That saying “… a job for every horse and a horse for every job” rings true in all our breeding decisions at Conway Arabians. Evangeline CA +// is just that extra, extra special mare who is making dreams come true for the Gropp Family. The symbols “+//” following Evangeline’s name solidifies our vision so perfectly — a designation from the Arabian Horse Association recognizing achievements of the highest calibre with these symbols representing the Legion of Excellence status — no easy feat by any means.
At just seven years old, Evangeline CA earned her 15th National Championship. Out of her 7 classes this year at the 2025 Sport Horse Nationals in Ohio, Evangeline CA brought home five National Championships, one Reserve National Championship and One Top Ten. From In-Hand, Hunter Hack, Working Hunter, and Sport Horse Undersaddle. Besides from being a rockstar in the show ring (as Raven Gropp puts it), she’s the sweetest and most pleasant mare she’s ever been around. Not a mean bone in her body, aims to please and takes care of her people.
